The successful engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned servicing, maintenance and general repairs across a range of fire safety systems within residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a long-term contract with a strong pipeline of work across a defined geographical area. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned servicing and maintenance of fire safety systems. Diagnose faults and complete general repairs where required. Complete servicing and maintenance of: Fire Alarm Systems Emergency Lighting Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) Attend residential properties across Essex and Southern Suffolk. Complete accurate service reports and documentation. Identify defects and recommend remedial works where appropriate.
