sector?Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M40, M5 and M1 corridors. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million and operate within 2 key sectors: Multi-rooms and Industrial Warehouse, with most schemes being of a new build nature.They have recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead, as the Project Manager is now on board.The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. It is due to commence on site in late November 2024. You will report to a Commercial Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor known for delivering high-quality projects.About You:

Experience managing schemes up to £10 million in value, both commercially and contractually.Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.Reside within a commutable distance of Reading.Experience working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.What’s on Offer:
