We''re looking for an experienced Solution Designer to lead the design and architecture of scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. In this role, you''ll collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to turn business requirements into efficient, well-integrated Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilties:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs

• Lead solution architecture across Salesforce platforms and third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft)

• Translate complex business processes into scalable, secure technical designs

• Create architecture documentation, data models, and integration flows

• Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure design consistency

What We''re Looking For:

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation tools (Flows), and integration patterns

• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica

• Proven track record designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus

Ideally you''ll also have:

• Experience working within a heavily regulated / Process Driven environment
