THIS IS A 6 MONTH FTC. THE COMPANY Our client is one of the major global studios, with their content spanning film, TV, digital and gaming. THE ROLE As a Finance Assistant, you will support the accounts'' payable function and ensure the efficient processing of invoices and payments. Key responsibilities: Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries with updates, remittances and invoice guidance. Handling all new vendor forms from approval through to final setup and confirmation. Completing new vendor call backs and reducing payment backlogs. Overseeing the companies full invoice process, from workflow checks to coding, approval and posting. Ensuring all invoices are correctly addressed, processed and posted ahead of weekly payment runs. Assisting with bank postings, including sweeps, interest and charges. Performing supplier statement reconciliations to track missing invoices, request copies and prevent misapplied payments. Supporting international teams, resolving supplier queries, and collaborating with internal departments to keep invoice processing on track. THE PERSON Able to demonstrate Purchase Ledger experience is essential. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping / double entry. Intermediate excel is preferable.
