This phase begins in February 2026, with the successful candidate also supporting aftercare on the recently completed plots. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a flagship development and lead it from start to finish.Your New Role In this position, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the project, working closely with commercial, design, client and funder teams. Your duties will include:Leading, motivating, and managing site teams and subcontractorsOverseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherenceDriving both short-term and long-term programme planningCoordinating with internal and external stakeholdersManaging inspections, snagging, temporary works, logistics and handoversEnsuring all building control, warranty and statutory approvals are securedMaintaining strong communication with residents and neighbouring propertiesSupporting aftercare and warranty work for recently completed units.
