Key duties involve carrying out emergency call-outs, completing inspections and testing, and making repairs to restore systems to a safe working order.Duties:Carry out a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, glazing, and lock fitting.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, structural issues, and improvement opportunities.Reactive and planned maintenance: Respond to urgent repair requests and execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.Ensure work adheres to company policies and health and safety regulations, including fire door maintenance and legionella control.Maintain records of completed works, communicate with customers and management, and use company systems to track progress.Certifications:Relevant qualification would be beneficial. ..... full job details .....
