Job SummaryWe are looking for Site Supervisors who are passionate and enthusiastic about their job, team players with willingness to get stuck in and become a real asset to IZ Energy. Your responsibility as a supervisor on site includes assessing various safety hazards and determining the likelihood of an accident occurring. This involves conducting regular inspections to make sure everything is as it should be, which will involve looking for and fixing any hazards.
Role and Responsibilities
Assist Site Managers for the day to day running of operations and to complete the job within timeframe and ensure that best services to the clients has been delivered.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Establish contact with clients, close co-ordination with all the installers, relevant teams to ensure smooth operation and completion of the project.
Manage and ensure that all required materials are sufficient to start and complete job and minimize the wastage.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
Co-ordination with team members to organize collection of rubbish and that surplus material has been properly collected and delivered back to warehouse without any damages.
Ensure that the work is completed without any damage to client’s property.
Reporting any problems or delays as well as keep management up to date with general progress.
Supporting the compliance and health and safety team in identifying and resolving any concerns raised.
Responsible to get DOCC, Customer Feedback signed without any delay once the job has been completed.
Responsible to update all assigned jobs on Builder trend.
Ensure that vehicles under use with any other linked property of company is properly maintained and secure.
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and professional manner
What We Are Looking For
A full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – especially when engaging with customers and residents.
A strong, proactive team player
Good knowledge of construction work, health and safety regulations
Works well under pressure and remains calm when handling difficult situations
Active listening skills and a natural ability to build customer trust and loyalty
Organisational resilience, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability
Knowledge of solar, insulation, or air source heat pumps is a bonus, but not essential
