If you are passionate about property development and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you.Main Responsibilities in Property Project ManagementConduct measures/surveys and collect site information (nationwide) and identifying potential issuesSurveying New Store locations to assess suitability.Define design specifications, the review technical drawings and advising on design issues and challengesDevelop schedules of works and project briefsExperience in the management of 3rd party construction and shopfitting contractors.Review of contracts and quotations and subsequent negotiationBuild capex budgets and cost proposalsProject management of a variety of projects from minor maintenance to New Store openings.Liaise with key stakeholders from within Bensons along with Solicitors, Landlords and, Managing Agents and other 3rd party consultants and suppliersAssess maintenance issues and develop solutionsEssential Skills and Experience for a Project Manager - PropertyGeneral understanding of building materials and methods of constructionGeneral Understanding of Maintenance principles and techniquesUnderstanding of CDM principles and general ..... full job details .....
