The role will involve helping plan, schedule and support productions that are being delivered at pace for some of the UK''s leading brandsThe role will involve:Raising invoices and purchase ordersProcessing projects through CRM systemsTracking, monitoring budgets and reportingProducing shooting schedules alongside producersCrew hires. Working with producers to hire crews and regular contract with suppliers.Logistics and travel. Coordinating all necessary transportation and housing for cast and crew.The ideal candidate will have:Strong administration skills working within a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate across all areas and levels of the businessAn interest or related qualification within the industryExperience with events, scheduling or coordinating background would be advantageousDriving license Interested?
