With a Good CQC rating, the home is well established, and we are looking for a dedicated leader to maintain high standards while driving further improvements. The Role Provide clear, professional leadership to the care and nursing team. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. About You Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting. NMC pin is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and elderly care best practice. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
