In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full range of HR and recruitment administrative tasks, ensuring these are delivered accurately and on time. This is a full-time opportunity to work from our clients office in West Sussex. Ideal Requirements for the HR Coordinator Ideally, you ll have a business qualification with a specialisation in human resources. Previous experience working in HR, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration is desirable. Collaborates well with colleagues, develops good relationship with them and shares knowledge and insights openly. Possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice.
