• Leading and reviewing Transport Assessments, Statements, and Travel Plans
• Directing complex projects from inception to completion
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Shaping transport and movement strategies for major developments
• Engaging directly with clients, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary design teams
• Supporting business development and contributing to winning proposals
