In this role you will lead project teams, take a central role in managing progress on site, work closely with the Construction Manager to deliver valuations while seeing projects through from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience managing teams within the industry, have a full UK driving license and be based within Lancashire and Yorkshire regions.

• Work alongside the Construction Manager to maintain quality standards
