The role

The role of Finance Analyst is to support the Senior Finance Analyst responsible for housing and statutory returns. You will be responsible for financial support including such areas as the annual budget, monthly monitoring, statutory reporting, Tax and VAT and appraisals for new projects.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with the preparation of the annual capital budgetSupporting monthly financial monitoring and reportingContributing to statutory financial reportingProviding input into Tax and VAT mattersAssisting with financial appraisals for new capital projects

What the client is looking for

CCAB qualification is desirableExperience of working in a finance environmentHousing, capital or local government finance experience requiredStrong numerical and analytical skillsAn understanding of capital accounting, VAT, Tax and statutory reporting
