Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a strong interest in SEN and autism are warmly encouraged to apply.About the RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will deliver highly personalised, autism-informed learning tailored to each pupil''s individual needs, communication style, and EHCP outcomes.Classes are small, with strong adult support, allowing you to focus on meaningful progress, communication, emotional regulation, and independence.The school follows a specialist, low-arousal approach, with an emphasis on consistency, routine, and understanding behaviour as communication.
