Design and develop innovative menus tailored to client needs and brand standards

Ensure flawless execution, from prep to plate, for everything from canapés to banquets

Collaborate with our Events, Sales, and FandB teams to exceed client expectations

Manage kitchen operations, stock, costing, health and safety, and training
