If you have 1-2 years experience in compliance or a regulated environment (financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential), and a keen interest in financial markets and regulation, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in fintech.What you’ll be doing:Supporting Financial Promotions compliance, working closely with marketing and product teams.Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and controls.Helping deliver compliance training and monitoring activities.Assisting with the review and management of complaints and operational risk events.Collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to Consumer Duty and FCA rules.What they’re looking for:1-2 years’ compliance experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.Basic understanding of trading products and financial regulations is a plus.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Interest in fintech, investing, and regulatory compliance.Location:
