Minimum two years as Head Chef in a 4-star or award-winning environment.Inspirational leadership

Able to motivate and manage a brigade of 10 chefs to achieve excellence.Strong business sense

Confident with PandL, GP, menu costing, wage budgeting, and purchasing.Impeccable standards

A commitment to consistency, food safety, allergens, and kitchen hygiene.Creative talent

A passion for developing menus and pushing culinary boundaries.Hands-on approach
