creative Teaching Assistants

to join a specialist SEND school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a chance to bring energy, imagination, and positivity into the classroom while supporting children with a range of additional needs.The role:

Supporting pupils in small, nurturing classes where every child is given the attention they deserve

Using creativity—whether it’s drama, dance, music, or visual arts—to inspire learning and build confidence

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create engaging, inclusive activities

Being a proactive, patient, and supportive role model for children with SEND

What we’re looking for:

Teaching Assistants (or aspiring TAs) with a

creative or performing arts background

Experience working with children or young people with SEND is a bonus, but not essential

Enthusiastic, engaging individuals who can bring fresh ideas and positivity into the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
