This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in warehousing, transport operations, and ideally air cargo logistics. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing night shift operations while remaining hands-on within the warehouse environment. Position Details Location: Berkshire Area Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off Hours: 7:00pm 7:00am (12-hour shifts) Temporary Pay Rate: £15.97 per hour Permanent Salary: £35,000 per annum after successful completion of a 12-week temporary period Salary Increase: £37,000 per annum upon successful completion of probationThe Role As the Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations throughout the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of freight handling activities and providing effective leadership to the warehouse team.
