The business are looking to significantly grow its presence within the industrial and commercial flooring market. This is a sales-driven role, but one that involves real end-to-end project involvement - from identifying opportunities, through pricing and contractor liaison, to on-site support (with technical assistance available when needed).

Area Sales Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements 

• Responsible for selling to flooring distributors and flooring contractors 
• Selling a high quality range of flooring adhesive & sealant products
• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry (ideally industrial/resin flooring)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network within specialist flooring applicators and relevant contractor base
• Proactively identify and develop flooring projects in your territory
• Act as the face of the business for key flooring customers and applicators
• Cross-sell complementary systems from the broader product portfolio
• Maintain strong visibility on project pipeline, stock levels and performance metrics
