Working within a professional laboratory environment, you will ensure all samples are processed efficiently, safely, and in line with current industry regulations and best practice standards.Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis of asbestos bulk samples in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidance. Accurately record and report analytical findings within required timeframes. Maintain strict compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures and laboratory quality standards. Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used correctly. Communicate results clearly with internal teams and clients where required. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.Qualifications P401 certification (e.g., RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Bulk Analysis) or equivalent RSPH qualification is essential.Experience Proven experience working in an asbestos laboratory environment.
