Maintenance Engineer - Continental Shifts (Manufacturing)Location: FaringdonSalary:£50k - £55k + benefits We are recruiting a proactive Maintenance Engineer to work on a continental shift pattern within our modern manufacturing facility in the SN/OX region. You will play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently by delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to a range of machinery and plant equipment. Key Responsibilities Complete PPM and breakdown maintenance on production and packaging machinery Rapidly diagnose and rectify mechanical and/or electrical faults to minimise downtime Support improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with site Health and Safety policies and safe systems of work Maintain accurate maintenance logs and contribute to continuous improvement culture Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve site performance targets About You Time-served or qualified Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG production environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Comfortable working on a continental shift pattern Knowledge of PPM systems and basic understanding of PLCs advantageous What We Offer £50,000 annual salary Continental shift pattern Training and development opportunities Pension and additional company benefits A stable role in a growing manufacturing business If you''re an ..... full job details .....
