Your new roleInitially focused on Employee Relations, you will manage a varied and complex caseload while actingas a trusted adviser to leaders and managers across the organisation. You will:Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and workplace conflict casesProvide expert employment law, policy and best-practice adviceCoach managers tobuild confidence and capability in handling ER mattersSupport investigations and recommend fair, balanced and pragmatic outcomesReview and develop People policies and proceduresIdentify emerging people risks and trends through case data and insightSupport organisational change and work with trade unions or employee representatives when requiredAs the People partnering model develops, you will have the opportunity to broaden your remitand contribute to wider People initiatives and organisational strategy.
