Job Purpose: The Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring that all Quality and Food Safety requirements are consistently met within their assigned Performance Cell or Area. This role drives the implementation of standardized ways of working, promotes continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of compliance and good manufacturing practices (GMP) across the team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards, policies, and procedures within the designated area.
