A well-regarded London law firm is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its expanding Private Client team in Whitechapel.This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal with previous experience in wills, probate or estate administration to develop their career within a supportive and growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced solicitors, gaining exposure to a broad range of private client matters.The Private Client Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Private Client Paralegal will support fee earners across a varied private client caseload, including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration matters.Responsibilities will include:Assisting with the preparation of wills, LPAs, trust documents and related legal paperworkSupporting probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completionPreparing probate applications and inheritance tax formsCollating asset and liability information and liaising with banks, HMRC and third partiesAssisting with Office of the Public Guardian applications and LPA registrationsPreparing legal correspondence and attendance notesLiaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors and professional contactsSupporting client onboarding, ID checks and AML complianceManaging case files, deadlines and document recordsMaintaining accurate records on the firm''s case management systemThe Private Client ParalegalMinimum 1 year''s experience within a Private Client teamPrevious ..... full job details .....
