General Manager

Overview
The General Manager role at Avery Healthcare is an opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team in delivering exceptional person-centered care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care setting, as well as strong leadership and management skills.Responsibilities
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, while meeting regulatory requirements and business performance targets.Recruit, retain, and develop staff within the Home.Act as a focal point for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals involved in residents wellbeing.Ensure safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with occupancy and dependency.Provide ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.Ensure costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.About the company

Minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.Excellent leadership and management skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills; IT competency.Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.About Avery
