Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team. In this role, you will lead Remepy’s global cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our digital health platform, patient data, and regulated software products. You’ll be responsible for aligning information security and data protection with our mission to deliver FDA-regulated digital therapeutics. This includes leading regulatory security compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA SaMD guidelines), proactively managing risk, and collaborating across engineering, product, compliance, and leadership teams.This role is based in one of our office locations offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with our dynamic team in person.Design, implement, and lead Remepy’s security practice and enterprise cybersecurity programOwn security compliance with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA pre/postmarket cybersecurity guidance, and related frameworksCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to embed security-by-design across our software lifecycleLead enterprise risk assessments, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningOversee security architecture across cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, and data pipelinesDrive internal security awareness and training across the organization7+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role- Deep familiarity with security requirements in digital health, life sciences, or FDA-regulated software environments- AWS), data encryption, identity management, and secure software development practices- Demonstrated ability to scale and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team- Executive presence and comfort engaging with regulatory bodies and strategic partners
