The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both office operations and the wider team. DAY TO DAY: Coordinating office administration and day-to-day operations. Supporting HR administration, including onboarding new starters and assisting with Health and Safety processes. Managing incoming telephone calls, post and deliveries. Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments and stationery. Maintaining an office equipment and asset register. Assisting with office facilities management and ensuring the workplace remains organised and well-presented. Coordinating team lunches, employee celebrations and team-building activities. Supporting internal communications and office announcements. Assisting with general HR and administrative tasks as required. Liaising with suppliers and coordinating office deliveries. Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Providing additional administrative support as required.
