The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-construction team, leading the pricing and tendering of a wide variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, and residential. Key Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of tenders and cost estimates for both negotiated and competitive bids. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive costings.
