Initially, your focus will be on resolving 1st/2nd line support tickets and assisting with projects on an ad-hoc basis. It s ideal for someone who s hands-on with computers and enjoys fixing problems from setting up PCs and workstations to troubleshooting Windows/Linux issues and dealing with both physical hardware and cloud based faults.
