As Learning and Development Manager, you''ll lead the delivery of training initiatives and development programmes that grow capability and support personnel across the tri-service recruitment landscape.You''ll work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, conduct gap analyses, and develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports.
