Projects would be a mix of new build and refurbishment on houses and flats in the private sector as well as some social housing. As Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, you will be account managing and developing a portfolio of a few hundred accounts, being national and independent builders merchants, plumbers merchants, buying groups and distributors, driving the demand by targeting contractors and installers.
