We are seeking an Electrical Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturer based in West Yorkshire, recognised for its strong employee retention and attractive benefits. This role would suit someone with a solid electrical or electromechanical background who enjoys leading teams on the shop floor and taking ownership of day-to-day production performance.The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activity, ensuring electrical build and assembly operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality expectations.
