This is a senior role within a well-established business delivering high-value schemes across sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, healthcare, data centres, and mixed-use projects. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple MandE packages and projects, managing costs, contracts, and commercial risk from pre-construction through to final account.
