EPAM''s AI Consulting Practice is seeking a seasoned
Responsible AI Lead Consultant
to lead and scale responsible AI engagements across the UK and Western Europe. In this role, you will collaborate with senior Data/AI leaders, enterprise clients, regulators and technical teams to embed ethical, safe and human-centric AI systems across diverse domains-ranging from finance to healthcare and beyond.
This is a high-impact opportunity suited to a strategic thinker and practitioner with deep expertise in Responsible AI (RAI) frameworks, governance and emerging regulations (e.g., the EU AI Act, UK guidance, ISO/IEC standards), paired with hands-on experience driving adoption within complex organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIESLead client engagements focused on (RAI) assessments, tooling, audits and framework developmentTranslate regulations and ethical principles into actionable implementation plans and technical guardrailsCollaborate with data scientists, MLOps teams and compliance leads to embed RAI principles into AI/ML pipelinesAdvise on organizational readiness, training programs and risk mitigation strategiesContribute to thought leadership, RFPs and the growth of EPAM''s RAI practiceREQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience in AI, data science, digital ethics, risk, or adjacent fieldsDeep expertise in RAI frameworks, fairness/bias mitigation, explainability and model governanceExperience working with enterprise AI/ML systems in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, telco, etc.)Familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR and global AI governance trendsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across C-level, legal and technical audiencesConsulting experience is a strong plusWE OFFER
