Global Payments Product Manager
The Payments Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving the global payments product capabilities that underpin how customers pay for travel and how suppliers are paid across our technology ecosystem. This role owns, but is not limited to, the product lifecycle for customer payment models (credit accounts, monthly billing, individual traveller cards, lodge cards), enriched card data, and supplier payment methods where the business operates as merchant (including account settlement, BSP, and card-based payments with commercial rebate models). Working closely with Finance, Technology, Account Management, Commercial, and external payment providers, the role ensures payments are scalable, secure, compliant, highly automated, and aligned to customer needs, financial controls, and commercial objectives.
