What we''re looking for
- Previous experience working with children in UK primary school settings.
- Confidence in supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
- A calm, patient and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- The ability to respond to individual learning styles, behaviours and support requirements.
- Experience with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural challenges or learning difficulties would be an advantage.
- Flexibility and confidence when working across different schools and classroom environments in Macclesfield.
- A professional, proactive attitude and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
