Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation at a prestigious site in South London. This is a high-profile appointment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, encompassing a busy staff restaurant, premium hospitality, events, and weekend service.

This opportunity will suit a commercially astute, operationally focused leader who enjoys being the face of the contract and setting standards through example rather than from behind a desk.

The Role

Full operational responsibility for a busy hospitality and catering operation, including weekends
Oversight of a busy staff restaurant alongside high-profile hospitality and events
Delivery of exceptional food and service standards across all areas
Leadership, development and performance management of a large on-site team
Close collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients
Weekend openings supported by enhanced overtime rates

The Candidate

Proven Business andamp; Industry (Bandamp;I) catering experience is essential
Demonstrable experience delivering hospitality and events
A confident, hands-on leader with strong people management skills
Commercially aware with a focus on quality, consistency and service excellence
Ability to drive preferred due to site location
