You''ll oversee large-scale brickwork packages, particularly full structural enveloping, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. With four active sites, you''ll coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, and keep progress on track while maintaining site standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing firm where your experience will directly shape project success. What you''ll need to succeed Solid experience managing brickwork packages on high-rise residential sites is essential.
