They have a lean, high-trust technology team internally, supporting a modern infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Intune, Meraki, Arctic Wolf SOC, Abnormal Security) and are now looking to onboard an Infrastructure and Security Engineer. In this unique and broad role, you will play a part in a team responsible for infrastructure and endpoints, security operations, identity and email security and automation and patch management. The role involves a degree of mentorship of first-line engineers and engagement with security specialists to evaluate and introduce new platforms. As well as more complex areas of Infrastructure, key areas of responsibility in your first 12 months will include:Security Posture: Mature the CIS Framework alignment and be a key technical driver in the cyber security roadmapSOC Relationship: Design playbooks and tune detection with Arctic Wolf''s Concierge TeamCompliance: PCI-DSS audit cycle running smoothly; IR and DR plans tested and currentThe ideal candidate will have strong experience of Infrastructure and Network connectivity, along with experience in a Microsoft environment including 365, Entra ID and SharePoint.
