About The RoleWe’re looking for a hungry and passionate digital marketer to join our expanding team, working across two incredibly exciting brands as they scale over the coming years.
This is a highly data-driven and analytical role which allows you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain experience across multiple channels and platforms, driving incremental growth across brands that span different verticals and demographics, each with their own set of opportunities and challenges.
Day to day you will have the autonomy and flexibility to work on either brand. You could spend the morning briefing creatives and formats for Patch’s paid social campaigns and the afternoon A/B testing landing pages to improve Arena’s conversion rates.
The role will report into Jack Monaghan (Growth Lead at arena.online), but will work closely with the full consumer team, as well as regular contact with multiple external agencies and partners.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the growth lead to deliver the project roadmap for the business
Build and optimise new paid marketing campaigns across key platforms whilst working with external agencies to find new opportunities to improve efficiencies and scale
Create new email flows to drive lifetime value through engaging, timely and personalised customer interaction
Plan, run and report on growth marketing experiments (With a focus on creative testing) spanning multiple platforms
Drive growth and efficiencies through our affiliate channels
Improve conversion rate on-site by updating content and landing pages
Working across a dynamic team of in-house experts and external partners
Experience And Skills
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in either biddable media platforms e.g. Google / META / Display or other channels such as CRM / SEO or Affiliates etc.
Experience in a D2C / E-commerce / Start-up environment (preferred but not required)
Strong data analysis and Excel skills. You need to be able to manipulate and interpret data from multiple sources, analyse trends and communicate findings clearly and effectively
Proficiency with analytics and data visualisation tools e.g. GA4 / Looker / Power BI
Autonomous and organised. The ability to juggle multiple workflows effectively is key.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
