This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, offering both immediate responsibility and genuine long-term progression.Within this role, you will act as the senior finance contact across your portfolio, overseeing the delivery of accurate reporting, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a consistently high standard of financial control. Working closely with surveyors, operational teams and senior leadership, you will be trusted to provide clear financial insight, resolve complex issues, and help support decision-making across the business.Beyond day-to-day delivery, this role offers significant scope to influence how the finance function develops as the business grows.
