This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse fleet, primarily Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, alongside Mercedes Vitos and Volkswagen Transporters, servicing vehicles across the UK and Europe.What you''ll be doing: Servicing, inspecting, and repairing vehicles to high standards, following company and DVSA guidelines Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and CAN-bus faults using manufacturer-level diagnostic tools Preparing vehicles for MOT testing and conducting road tests to verify repairs Investigating recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions Maintaining accurate workshop records and managing parts and repairs efficiently Supporting less experienced team members and contributing to workshop procedures Attending vehicle breakdowns and providing technical support when needed Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised workshop environmentWhat you''ll bring: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Extensive experience working on light commercial vehicles, especially Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or similar Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and uphold high standardsHighly desirable skills include: Master Technician accreditation from ..... full job details .....
