Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer
Full-time | 35 hours per week | Greater Manchester
A forward-thinking and rapidly developing further education provision in Greater Manchester is seeking a Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer to join their team at an exciting new campus development. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing department and supporting learners up to Level 3 in a practical, hands-on environment.

The Role You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant multi-skills construction sessions, supporting students to develop core trade skills across disciplines. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment, including conducting risk assessments and supporting learner progress.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-skills construction teaching up to Level 3
• Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain workshop safety standards
• Track and monitor learner progress and provide feedback
• Contribute to the development of a new and growing provision

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in a construction-related discipline (essential)
• Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
• Ability to carry out risk assessments and maintain safe working environments
• A passion for supporting learners and developing future talent
