Electrical Testing Team Leader Salary: £43,100 - £51,720 including 20% shift allowance and overtime is available. Shift pattern: Will be an alternating shift pattern 6am -14.00pm /2pm-22.00pm including some weekend work. Location: PLESE NOTE This role is based in Newport, Wales. The role involves Electrical fault finding, as well as leading, motivating and developing team members, managing resources, meeting production targets and supporting continuous improvement. Previous experience is essential, must have worked within a similar role within Rolling stock or the Automotive industry.
