This role involves supporting young people with learning disabilities in a supported living environment, helping them develop their independence and live fulfilling lives. The service users are highly independent, actively engage in the community, and attend college or work. There is minimal challenging behaviour within the service.About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centred support, ensuring individuals can live as independently as possibleAssist with daily living tasks, tenancy management, and social activitiesSupport service users to access the community, attend college, or maintain employmentWork collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to promote well-beingEnsure all support is delivered in line with best practice and CQC regulations Requirements: Full-time availability with flexibility to work weekends and sleep-in shiftsExcellent communication skills and a compassionate approachAbility to promote independence and provide respectful, empowering supportPrevious experience in health and social care is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided Working Hours: You will be required to work a 40-hour week on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and sleep-ins.
