Test andamp; Measurement IT Systems SME Contract | 3 months initially | Midlands | Hybrid (once a fortnight) | £600pd (Outside) | ASAP Start We''re looking for an experienced Test andamp; Measurement IT Systems SME to join a major manufacturing organisation on an initial 3-month contract. You''ll provide specialist expertise across test beds, instrumentation, data acquisition and the IT systems supporting engineering test environments, helping deliver next-generation IIoT, low-code/no-code and test solutions. Key responsibilities Provide SME expertise across Test andamp; Measurement IT systems. Configure, troubleshoot and provide Tier 3 support for complex solutions. Translate engineering and business requirements into practical, enterprise-aligned solutions. Work closely with engineering, operations and senior IT stakeholders. Support IIoT, edge data, low-code/no-code and emerging AI capabilities. Coach and share knowledge with the wider Test andamp; Measurement team. Requirements Proven SME-level experience with Test andamp; Measurement IT systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Hands-on experience with test beds, instrumentation and data acquisition . Experience supporting physical product development and test processes . Practical experience with IIoT and/or low-code/no-code solutions . Strong troubleshooting and Tier 3 support experience.
