Youll also play a vital role in shaping the direction of our product research, working directly with the team on product development, testing, proof of concept, and support.This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both technical and creative environments and who is excited by the idea of influencing the future of entertainment technology.Lead, mentor, and expand the technical service team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.Oversee the design, maintenance, and support of audio systems for productions, rentals, and system integration projects.Manage all internal and external IT systems and infrastructure (networking, servers, software licensing, backup systems).Serve as the senior technical authority, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting for advanced audio systems across live productions and rental sectors.Develop and implement technical workflows and support protocols to ensure excellent client service.Liaise with other departments and clients to scope, support, and deliver projects to the highest technical standards.5+ years in a technical audio or systems engineering role.Advanced understanding of professional audio technologies (digital consoles, wireless systems, etc.).Experience with IT infrastructure management (Windows and Mac server environments, networking, cybersecurity basics).Knowledge of industry-standard software like Dante, QLab, AutoCAD, or Vectorworks.A degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer System Engineering, or similar.ITIL certification or other formal IT infrastructure credentials.Familiarity with coding in C or C++ (Qt framework experience is a bonus).Competitive salary based on experience.A dynamic and creative working environment at the forefront of entertainment, audio, and live performance technology.Direct involvement in Research, shaping and developing cutting-edge audio control products.Opportunities for international travel to support major productions, installations, and global industry events.This role is based in SW London and will require you to work with the team in the office.
