Oversee food production and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations. Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Handle any issues that arise during service, ensuring smooth operations throughout service periods. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a passion for culinary arts.
